Everything below is computed live from the sheets you uploaded — churn rate by score band, which complaints predict churn, and which survey dimensions matter most.

Upload your round-table sheets — messy formats welcome. Rider IDs are auto-detected, feedback columns are kept, and every invitee is linked to their survey history and churn outcome automatically.

CSV, XLSX or plain text — one file per session. Rider IDs are auto-detected; any text next to an ID is kept as that rider's feedback. A date in the file name (e.g. 2026-08-10) becomes the session date.

Everything you drop here lands in the shared team workspace on beacon.retainly.dev. Drop as many sheets as you want; Beacon merges months automatically and de-duplicates repeat uploads.
RSAT surveys
The raw survey export — scores out of 5 plus the rider's comment. Upload every month's sheet; trends build automatically. Only Jordan rows are kept — other countries are ignored.
Drop CSV / XLSX or clickChurned riders
The list of riders who left (ID, name, contract). Add a churn/last-active date column and Beacon unlocks exact time-to-churn analytics.
Drop CSV / XLSX or clickRound tables (historical)
Untidy files are fine — CSV, XLSX or plain text. Rider IDs are auto-detected; everything else is kept as session notes.
Drop any file or clickRVP surveys (quarterly)
The quarterly RVP export \u2014 rated out of 5, same rider IDs. Beacon folds it into risk scores and measures its own churn correlation.
